A 6-Bedroom Retreat Made for Comfort, Convenience, and Cohesion
When our client brought us this spacious 6-bedroom property in Greensboro, they needed help turning it into a warm, functional Airbnb with broad guest appeal—from families to business travelers to weekend groups. It had great bones, but needed design cohesion and staging for that "Wow, we need to book this!" moment.
🎯 The Design Goals
This wasn’t just about making the space look good—it had to:
Sleep 16+ guests comfortably
Feel inviting and elevated, not basic or overstuffed
Showcase amenities like the fire pit, hot tub, and basketball court
Make guests feel at ease the moment they walked in
We started by analyzing top-performing Airbnbs in Greensboro via AirDNA, noting common themes, color palettes, and what guests rave about most in reviews.
🛏️ Room by Room Strategy
We focused on neutral, layered palettes to make the home feel both peaceful and elevated. Light earth tones, soft textures, and clean lines defined our selections.
Bedrooms were staged with symmetry, cozy accents, and crisp white bedding
The living area was arranged for group gatherings, with a modern touch
Artwork and greenery were used to create flow without visual clutter
Fire pit + hot tub zone was styled to feel like a true outdoor escape
