A Tropical Oasis That Feels Like a Resort—Right in the City
When our client came to us with this spacious Tampa property, the vision was clear: create a Bali-themed group retreat that offered guests an escape from the everyday. With room for up to 18 guests, this wasn’t just a rental—it was an experience waiting to happen.
🎯 The Design Vision
Our goal was to infuse tropical resort energy into every corner of the home—without it feeling overdone or gimmicky. We wanted the space to:
Feel warm, natural, and luxurious
Include standout amenities (pool, golf sim, putting green)
Provide intentional design flow between indoor and outdoor zones
Cater to both family vacations and adult group getaways
We took inspiration from Bali resorts, local Tampa weather, and what performs well on Airbnb for large-capacity listings.
🪷 The Interior Vibe: Modern + Natural
We focused on textures, tones, and materials that evoke calm and luxury:
Rattan, wood, and linen-style fabrics throughout
Earth-toned base with subtle tropical pops (greenery, woven textures)
Custom furniture layout to create a natural guest flow through large spaces
Ambient lighting, mirror accents, and neutral bedding to tie it all together
Each bedroom has its own vibe, while the common areas feel open, airy, and Instagrammable.
🏌️ The Amenities = The Hook
This property has a built-in “wow factor,” and we leaned into it:
Golf simulator room styled like a luxe sports lounge
Putting green and pool surrounded by styled loungers, string lights, and palm accents
Spaces designed to encourage group photos, games, and memorable moments
Everything was staged to look amazing in photos—because better visuals = more bookings.

The property now lives up to its vision as a Bali-inspired escape in the heart of Florida. It’s a hit with:
